Emilio Abdala, PhD, is a marketing strategist and advisor who helps organizations turn insights into growth. As the Founder of EA Advising, he works with small and mid-sized businesses, financial services firms, and media organizations to build marketing strategies that are not just active—but effective, measurable, and aligned with how businesses actually grow.

With over 20 years of experience across marketing, audience intelligence, and commercial strategy, Emilio’s work is rooted in a simple principle: growth comes from clarity, positioning, and consistent execution—not just activity. His approach focuses on helping businesses connect with the right audience, communicate their value clearly, and build the kind of visibility that leads to real opportunities.

Before launching EA Advising, Emilio held leadership roles at Nielsen and Futuri, where he helped organizations translate complex audience data into strategic direction, revenue opportunities, and long-term growth plans. His experience spans cross-platform analytics, market research, and executive-level strategy, giving him a unique ability to bridge data and decision-making.

Today, that same approach defines his work with clients. He doesn’t focus on tactics in isolation—he builds structured systems that align marketing with business outcomes. Whether through social media, lead generation, or market strategy, the goal is always the same: create a repeatable engine for growth.

In addition to his advisory work, Emilio serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing, where he brings real-world strategy into the classroom. His teaching reflects the same philosophy he applies to his clients—connecting theory to application, and ensuring that marketing is understood as a driver of business performance, not just communication.
